What needed solving.

Tutoring centers often track attendance, fees and teacher pay on paper and spreadsheets — slow, error-prone and hard to manage as student numbers grow.

Working out teacher pay from sessions and attendance was complicated, and managers had no up-to-date view of the business.

What was built.

A desktop program gives the administration one place to manage students, enrolments, classes, attendance, payments and teacher pay, while a mobile app lets teachers take attendance.

Attendance is recorded instantly with a tap of a card or a QR code scan, teacher pay is calculated automatically from attendance, and each person sees only what their role allows.
