What needed solving.

Lab staff needed to validate results and follow requests away from their desks, and internal communication was slow.

What was built.

A mobile app for validating results, following requests and updating records — with notifications for new requests and status changes, and a built-in team chat.

We worked alongside BMLAB's own developers to fix problems and improve their system, and tested the app on many different phones.
