What needed solving.
Urgent medical requests need to reach the right team quickly, and everyone involved — the patient, the team on the road and the coordinator — needs to see the same up-to-date picture.
Patients wanted to know when help would arrive, coordinators needed to see every team at once, and paid map services were expensive at the platform's scale.
What was built.
Three products working together. Patients request a service and follow their team live; teams receive their jobs, get directions to the patient and update their status; coordinators assign teams and oversee everything from one dashboard.
Every app and the dashboard update the moment anything changes, and a free, open map service handles address search and directions instead of an expensive paid one.
